Abstract

The importance of research comes from the necessity the domestic jurisdiction that have a vital role toward the implementing of international treaties in legal domestic system to analyze, verify and make sure of being healthy.

The research aims: to state legal system of treaties in force in the rules of Procedure of the domestic system, clarifying international treaties with national legislation relationship, and the state the ability of the judiciary to take control of international treaties and constitutional interpretation.

The research is divided into: international treaties relationships with domestic law discussion, and the application in the domestic legal system.

Findings: the Yemeni legislator did not specify or provide the international treaties in the national legislation.

Recommendation: the Yemeni legislator should insert a text that the ministry of interior, it is in charge of interpretation of ambiguous international treaties.
