Abstract

With the vast and rapid growing of information technologies, the use of mobile computing has increased dramatically. This led to the emergence of concerns related to information security, customers’ privacy, guiding laws, and lack of trust in using mobile services. This study will investigate the issues related to trust in mobile computing and its impact on users of mobile devices. The results demonstrated that both privacy and security are essential issues that affect users' trust and hence, the adoption process. We should provide an adequate legal framework that governs security issues to reliably transfer data in mobile computing environments. The detailed results of this study are reported with conclusions at the end.
